This Service Delivery Policy explains how Young Writers (JM0614271-D) delivers its courses, classes, student portal access, digital materials, physical materials, and education-related services.
By purchasing from us, you agree to this Service Delivery Policy.
1. Online Course and Student Portal Delivery
For online courses, video lessons, student portal access, or digital learning materials, access details will usually be provided after successful payment confirmation.
Access may be delivered through:
- Student portal login
- WhatsApp or SMS notification
- Website account activation
- Direct download link
- Other digital delivery methods used by Young Writers
Unless otherwise stated, online access is usually provided within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
2. Live Classes
For live online or physical classes, we may provide:
- Class date and time
- Teacher or class details
- Online meeting link or physical location
- Student login details
- Required materials or preparation instructions
- Attendance or class rules
Class schedules may be provided during registration, by email, WhatsApp, student portal, or other communication channels used by us.
3. Digital Materials
Digital materials may include worksheets, notes, slides, videos, downloads, exercises, or other learning resources.
Digital delivery is considered completed once the material or access has been made available to the customer or student, whether or not the customer chooses to view, download, or use it.
4. Physical Products and Printed Materials
If your purchase includes physical books, worksheets, or printed materials, delivery may be arranged by courier, postal service, self-pickup, or other delivery methods stated during purchase.
Estimated delivery within Malaysia is usually 3–7 business days after order processing, depending on location, courier availability, payment confirmation, and stock availability.
Delivery may take longer during public holidays, peak periods, courier delays, weather disruptions, incorrect address issues, or events beyond our control.
5. Self-Pickup
Where self-pickup is available, customers may be required to collect items at the agreed location, date, and time.
Failure to collect within the stated period may result in delay, storage limitations, or additional arrangements.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and updated information, including:
- Student name
- Parent or guardian name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery address, where applicable
- Class or registration details
- Any required student information
Young Writers is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, failed account activation, or missed communications caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
7. Failed Delivery or Access Issues
If you do not receive access details, class information, digital materials, or delivery updates within the expected timeframe, please contact us at youngwritersmy@gmail.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to check your payment status, account access, registration details, delivery status, or technical issue.
8. Delivery Completion
Service or product delivery may be considered completed when:
- Online access has been activated;
- Digital materials have been made available;
- Class details have been sent;
- The live class has been conducted or made available;
- Physical items have been handed to the courier, delivered, or collected; or
- The purchased service has otherwise been made available to the customer.
9. Service Interruptions
Temporary interruptions may occur due to website maintenance, internet issues, third-party platform problems, payment gateway issues, courier delays, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resolve delivery issues, or provide alternative arrangements where practical.
